These 4 images of a monochrome series (Cold As Ice) have been captured with my Fuji X-T1 at our lake nearby a few days ago. Now the weather has changed and is back to “normal”: gray, cold, rain, wind. We actually had our second winter storm the last 2 days. The forecast says that this will continue for the next days. Never mind. You have to be in it to be in it! 🙂
Cold as ice .. but so beautiful Reinhold 😃
Thank you, Julie! 🙂
LG, Markus
These are stunning Reinhold, especially in monochrome.
Thanks, Jane. Just saw your blog. Awesome stuff. Smiles. Reinhold
Thanks so much for following my work, Reinhold. Glad you enjoyed.
It was a “must do”! 🙂
Wonderful compositions, the ice on dark piece is quite spectacular!
Thanks! My dream is to go to Iceland or Norway at capture these big ice blocks on the coast line. This one had the size of a big orange! 🙂 Greetings. Reinhold
I know you will male lovely compositions when you do!
It looks cold… but so very beautiful via your lens. 🙂
Thank you, Amy! I think “cold” is relative. My dream is to capture these big ice blocks at the coast line of Iceland or Norway. And I think it will be much colder there. Glad you like these images! Smiles. Reinhold
I don’t know it’s possible, but try to keep your fingers warm when you are in Iceland or Norway. 🙂
I do love winter though ☺ grey day here too wishing for snow ☺
