Weekly Photo Challenge: Muse

(3 photographs)

This week the weekly photo challenge asks us what is our muse that we keep going back to. Mine is the beach in Schillig in the district of Wangerland in the UNESCO World Heritage “The Wadden Sea”. Only 40 minutes away from where I live it’s my “home” beach.

  2. That’s great because, at first sight, I wouldn’t call this place “beautiful”, but you really catch the beauty of it in your photographs. It’s a great muse – Best wishes to you 🙂

    • Thanks Melissa, I also prefer the beaches in New Zealand and South England. But the north sea has it’s own beauty and it’s only a 45 minutes drive away. That is very handy in a heat wave like this week. Over 100 F is exceptional for this area. Sorry for the late reply. Greetings from a sunny north of Germany. Smiles. Reinhold

    • 🙂 I feel at home walking this beach. So… it’s my home beach. I know it’s a little bit possessive. But I share it with the rest of the world. This week the weather will be great here. And guess where we will go? —-> Home beach. <—- Sunny greeting to you Amy.

    • On sunny days this beach is really awesome. But also in autumn, winter and spring it is our spot for a long weekend walk. Sunny smiles to the SE of England. Reinhold
